RATES
My professional services are currently offered at a rate of $25/hour.
Additionally, my rates for photocopies and facsimiles are as follows:
- Incoming faxes--$.50 per page
- Outgoing faxes--$1.00 per page
- B&W 8.5 x 11 copies--$.25 per page
- B&W Legal copies--$.30 per page
*There is no charge for faxes and photocopies related to client projects (not to exceed 5 pages. Standard charges will apply to additional pages).
There is a minimum requirement of 1 hour to use my services. After the first hour, my time is billed in 15 minute increments. Projects requiring a turnaround of 24 hours or less, weekend and holiday time will be billed at time and a half. A 25% deposit is required in advance with the balance due at the completion of each project.
All clients are required to sign a contract prior to the commencement of a business arrangement and will receive a detailed invoice at the completion of each project. Incidental expenses will be detailed on each invoice including postage, photocopies, faxes, courier services and special materials.
Special Note: IF Only… will incur the costs of special materials and programs, if we determine that the items might be of use to our services in the future.
I accept payment in the form of cash, money order and corporate cheque. I will also accept personal cheques, but completed projects will not be released until the cheques actually clear the bank. There will be a $20 fee assessed for all returned cheques.

Monthly Retainer
Clients in need of ongoing support can retain my services on a monthly basis with a minimum of 10 hours per month. I currently offer the following discounts to those clients who retain my services for 20 or more hours per month.
Please Note: Retainer fees are non-refundable and are due in advance. Unused hours are also non-refundable and additional hours will be billed at the standard rate.
PLAN A—Clients who retain my services for 20 hours/month will receive a 10% discount
PLAN B—Clients who retain my services for 30 hours/month will receive a 20% discount
PLAN C—Clients who retain my services for 40 hours/month will receive a 30% discount
